• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We do! These orders however can cost exponentially more for us to ship, so please expect higher shipping rates as a result.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Please be aware that during busy seasons such as major holidays, these times may be even longer.

  If you're attempting to buy an item that is out of stock or on pre-order, the wait time will be much longer as we cannot ship the item until we have it for you.

  Currently we only offer standard shipping domestically!

• Can I still buy an item that's been retired?

  It depends on the item, often times we simply might not have the files for reprint anymore.
  
  In cases where we do, unfortunately we probably won't be able to offer it for the standard rate that most of our merch costs. Normally we print our work in bulk, as we often sell prints at conventions, and single items can be more costly for us to create.

  Please keep this in mind when contacting us for these kinds of inquiries.

• My acrylic keychain has bumps or bubbles, help!

  When you first open your charm, it may still have a protective seal on it from the cutting process! You can peel this off any time, or leave it on if you want to protect your charm from scratches for a little longer!

• What is Storenvy?
